Dual Degree

I have a dual degree in vastly different areas. I also have experience prior to earning my degree. I wonder if I should upload/print a resume for each field so as to not be counted out for any employment opportunity I may be eligible. I am a firm believer in the "process"...knowing I may not land my dream job during this fair, I want to have the opportunity to advance within the right company. Since you have many companies represented, I want to make sure they know I am open to learning and earning from the ground up if needed. Please share your thoughts on this.

I think one resume, one profile. 1)remove. complexity wherever you can (hard enough keeping track and preparing one) 2) tremember the purpose of a resume... it's not to get a job, it's to get a meeting which will lead to a job. So having your whole story shows more interesting things about you that could lead a hiring manager to be curious to meet.

Final thought: new world of work is much more fluid than the old. People move across industries, jobs, careers, companies much more frequently. So 10 years ago showing consistency in one of those dimensions could be an asset (this multiple resumes) but today, breadth of activity is mostly a positive.

So in sum , 1 resume, 1 Jobcase profile. And go into the fair confident- you sound like you have a great story to tell and a lot to offer a prospective employer!

Do you have work experience in both fields also? If I were you, I'd use one resume only, unless your work experience reflects both fields.
