I got a job interview at the Texas Roadhouse and he acted like I for sure got the job and then he said I'll be calling you I have to talk to somebody else about hiring you that makes no sense General you get hired on the spot so what everybody else think
Thats not necessarily true sometimes employers email back , follow up interview 2 3 time interviews... May be a 3 step process foe employment I would give them a follow up call to direct supervior on application status , that shows that your interested still and really want to work

Sometimes there's something better for you keep looking don't let your hopes die. People should stop playing with other people's emotions especially when it comes to job it's either yes or no not yes to find later theh call to say we find somebody else that's cruel and insensitive
I know how you feel ,please don't loose sleep over that. When one door closed there are many more open. Just keep on trying, your potential of gold is at the end of the rainbow.
He full of it for one he wasn't suppose to get your hopes up like that and for two has he called u back yet
Sometimes they all do a second interview with another manager.
If he wanted to hire you he would have if he is the GM
