I recently started working for this company and i am direct hirer as a quality assurance tech with 15 years experienced and i wqs not properly trained at this new company and i never signed any training form. Anyways to cut the story short this company are short on budget and the came to me and lied that am mot performing well with them so therefore they are sending me to production, I was shocked and also remember that this company has about 90 percent hispanic and i am on of the 2 blacks in our department with great experienced. I am in disbelief now and what do you guys think i should do
