I believe there are several people within this forum that is willing to provide direction and guidance that you need, but are somewhat unsure what skillset you have offer the Hospitality Industry. Nevertheless, an effective resume that tells the story about your professional background is what will get you past the first level of HR recruiters, your resume has to be able to answer enough questions to make the recruiter pick the phone up and give you a call or send you an email for further consideration. I know it is a difficult process to search for a job when you desperately need one, but your diligence will prevail if you stay the course. So, if I am to give you a few tidbits of advice: 1. Take a good look at your resume, and google effective resume samples for Hospitality Staff Employees and rewrite your resume for the job you want within the Hospitality Workforce. 2. Someone else mentioned in a post above, follow-up on your submissions.Rule of thumb: Submit a resume or application, follow-up with a phone call (not an email) to verify with the HR recruiter who posted the position. Validate or confirm the recruiter received your application or information submitted for the position you applied for within their organization. Give these two steps a try with positions you submitted an application for and you should start to receive the desired results.

Get dressed up nice and go into one of those places and ask how they all got jobs there that's how we used to do it walk-in fill out a piece of paper talk to a manager period. This crap of trying to get a job on the phone just made me 10 years older LOL I just found a job off another job site I haven't worked in 10 years I'm sick of trying to do applications on the internet because they don't see who you are... All my life I have drove around gone in to places first I would call and see when management would be there because job scared people take your applications and throw them in the garbage always make sure when the manager is going to be there. It's tough out there these days it was a lot easier 10 years ago.

I feel you I get emails everyday about jobs and the truth is I don't think they have any intentions of hiring anyone so to me it's a waste of time

You didn't mention it, but are you trying to break into the hospitality industry, or are you experienced. What type of position are you seeking. If it's a management position, how current are your skills and are they related to the position. Lots of info has been left out, difficult to guide you.

After you submit your application and resume call them the next day. Places like that have so many applicants. You have to personally call and say that you submitted your application and resume for the following position and request an interview

if you have spelling errors in your application it may be eliminating you. In your above message their are spelling and grammar errors. Not to criticize but to help you figure out why your applications are not getting the attention you want.

The way to get a job these days is not by filling out applications. In short you have to network, meaning you have to talk to someone who may know someone who works there. Have coffee with them and ask for advice on what it is like to work there and what it takes to get a job there. When a relationship is developed thing tend to workout. Get on twitter and follow the company that you want to work for and make comments about what is being discussed. I hope this helps.
