Job Seeker
As a Certified Medical Assistant graduate from Manhattan Institute, I have acquired extensive clinical and academic education focused on patient care. I comprehend the daily routine and operational demands of a busy healthcare facility. My good communication skills and attention to detail are assets that I have been able to utilize. Then why is it so hard to get a good job with less than a year. You work hard you go through all your training for nothing. Every Medical Assisting job you see wants one year of experience, and they will not give you a chance if you have less.

If you have any volunteer experience or extra medical training that might help you to bridge the 1 year experience gap that might be helpful to put on your resume. Try going to meet ups and networking as much as you can in the meantime. Sometimes people will be more willing to give someone a chance once they've met them in person.
Try social services. Com and ziprecruiter. Com if you havent already! Research medical staffing agencies also.
