Over qualfied
I have been interview for serveral jobs.get to the second interview to get told sorry but you are iver qualfied for the position.i have tweeked my resume and am still told the same thing...i really need to get back on my feet .any advice on how to get around being told this all the time

Hi Donna: It sounds like you're applying for jobs that are below what you should be shooting for. I say punch above your weight and start applying for jobs that are a level above what you were previously doing!
