My advice to them is to go for it and not have any second thought about it. Fry's is an employee oriented store who takes care and respect its team member as a family. There's plenty of opportunity for career advancement. Once assigned to a certain tasks, no matter what it is, put your whole heart into it 100%. without any kind of reservation. Be confident!
