Cardinal Health Care

Good afternoon everyone. I just received 2 job offers. One from a very stable collections agency and one from Cardinal Health working from home. Cardinal claims to offer training with a pay of 17 per hour and then 30 an hour after training. The interview was done via Google Hangouts. Anyone heard of this and if so is this a legit opportunity? Thank you.

The Internet is ripe with these type of scams. I'll admit to falling for one once, where I deposited a bogus check for a phony client, who masqueraded as a legitimate overseas film production company. Mercifully, my bank gave me a pass on the mistake, because overall, I have an excellent transaction record. However, if they hadn't, it would have done serious damage, to my company's ability, to transact business. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is...beware!

Scam. Do not do any job offers through hangouts. There's a network of scammers working east coast. I researched the so called "company" and traced it back to a condo in CA. They tell you to purchase the equipment from their provider and they will overnight you a check for $1500 to cover purchase, tax and shipping. No money is charged to you until item ships. By then you have deposited the funds into your account and email them a copy of deposit slip. I was leery about this being legit and decided to open a new account for deposit since it would be strictly for the work at home position to purchase supplies, etc. My bank's fraud department flagged the check as the account and bank routing number didn't belong to the named bank on the check and no funds were released. However, the bank thought I was behind the scheme and wanted to charge me for attenpted fraud. I brought in all the documentation I had collected on the company so they could pursue them legally and also went to the police with the information so they would put a public notice out to the public so no one else would get taken by the scammer. Unfortunately, they considered it an isolated incident and would not do anything. Just gave me a warning that if the job sounds too good to be true, it's probably a scam.

It sounded too good to be true so I declined the offer. Now I know why I did this.

Unfortunately being down-and-out of the time I unknowingly put the to check's in my savings account that were given to made not my checking because I did not my take the chance they might bounce I should have just found my instinct. And it has caused me to now not be able to have a checking account it was then 7 years I have another year to go but it's humiliating and the check's never bounced or deny anything like that because I never put them or try to drop money on them but it still caused me the harm not them
