My most memorable fast food customer service experience unfortunately was when I went to the local Burger King after working a 16-hour shift and all I wanted was a Whopper with no tomato and it took the crew of 6 employees with nobody else in the restaurant or in drive-thru 30 minutes to make the sandwich and they still got it wrong but I should have thought something was up when the front of the house crew were throwing ice and sodas at each other when I walked in the door and I also noticed that four of the employees where employees that I had terminated from my restaurant

When MC Donalds had thier special 10 cent burger sales, we used to feast out see who could eat the most burgers.
