Job search monster!!! is there any other way to find a job?
I am tired of filling job applications every day since June , and few responses that I get either they canceled the position or they offered to someone else , since they had so many applicants!!! , is there any other way to find a job? I apply to jobs that I have experience and job description are Matching to my resume . I believe ages is a factor and experience is not matter anymore!!!! Ran out of unemployment benefit! I wonder if there is an agency that can help? #frustrated
Same here, I don't even believe the legitimacy anymore. All I get are scammer calls, emails and irate. I've been at it so long I've ran out of jobs to apply for at times.

Hi @Fiona T , have you been able to find and attend virtual hiring events for local jobs in your industry? This is another recruiting strategy most employers are using to attract and hire strong candidates.

I know exactly how you feel. I got 30 yrs of experience as a oil and gas production platform operator. I got laid off in March. They'd rather pay a less experienced operator. Unless you're a brown noser or related to someone working on a oil and gas production platform offshore isn't the place to be right now.
