And it's so important take invest at least 30 minutes... 3 days/weekly towards your Health and Fitness Goals.

If anyone uses the excuse of not having time throughout the day/week...

Then eventually you're not going to have time for anything because you're always going to be sick and in the Hospital.

The small things: (Diet and Exercise)..... Prevent the big things from happening.

Hi Anthony, I really love your post. I'm trying now to get in habit of eating properly & exercising on regular basis. Your right, without good health your not able to care for self, let alone anyone else.
