I liked the vadt amount of automobile and people culture I had the chance to acquire there. I is something I bring with me and no one cam take it from us, the knowledgement.

I love that you surfaced learning and knowledge. That is so smart! I think theres a great lesson for us all there. We should all gauge the job we are in by how much we are learning. If we aren't learning (or have stopped learning) then it is probably time to move on. If we are still learning - then great place to stay. Either way - its all about growth! Thanks for hthe thought and kudos to Ford for building a learning culture.
