Sorry to be so blunt,or whatever you want to call it,but honestly I strongly,VERY STRONGLY believe that being late to work, whether it's 1 minute,or 30 minutes is highly irresponsible... Absent on a NCNS, is just childish... Again sorry for the bluntness but if someone wants a job,5hat someone must also WANT to make sure they CAN keep their jobs as well...
