On site property Manager
Wow...well as a manager I am constantly interviewing people as potential applicants and tenants. sometimes its frustrating to have people come in that you know are just wasting your time. I'm not saying you were but perhaps she had been experiencing this prior to your interview. I know for myself I get a feeling right away but being a professional I go thru the steps regardless, she should have too. Next time if you experience this again....you may want to say "I get the feeling you are having a bad day, perhaps this isn't a good time for you, I am willing to reschedule if that will help?" By doing this you may snap her/him out of whatever attitude or thoughts they maybe experiencing and you make yourself out to be a caring, thoughtful and compassionate person. But if they stay in same mood or thought mode, take that as a red flag and get out.

Thanks for your insights.

Stop sending me these emails I am not interested in maintenance I'm a mechanic not maintenance

Definitely a good idea to get out if the manager has a consistently bad attitude.

A manager has to pay rent to the owner. Not In one lump sum of all the money collected, but as a guideline for others to follow. A revolving door of managers exceeding more than 12 is a rip. There are 12 months in a year, and only 923 years left in this 1000 year time period.

That didn't make a bit of sense we have no idea what you are talking about sorry but true shoe she and what did she do and do your damn job if they screw up the interview that's on them not on you and sounds to me like your the one having the bad day

Yes

That can be the best way but depending on the situation. I have the experience in the hospitality industry on the field of housekeeping can I also be employed? If your company needs a cleaner

Hello Christina Mendoza. My name is David Tourville. I received a Gmail notification concerning your job posting looking g for a property manager. I find myself interested in the position mentioned. The posting however, gives very little information concerning the job. Does the posting include a location on site for me to live as well as to work out of, representing your company and managing/caretaking of the properties. How many units would I be responsible for. What level of management and caretaking are you looking for? Some one who does all of the unit maintenance and repair themselves meaning a licensed contractor that can handle light construction, remodeling, light electrical and plumbing maintanince etc. Could you please elaborate on the job description And job requirements and overall expectations that you need full filled for the job. Thank you for your expected return reply. David Tourville at goodbyeamerica89@gmail.com.

I can understand both sides. Remember the saying "east meets west and west meets east and ever the twains shall meet? Sometimes the twains don't meet successfully with the personalities of different people with different personalities and problems and backgrounds. We all sometimes have to take a deep breath say a prayer and try with God's help to continue. It is hard for the interviewer who is left to interview ones who want to have a job sometimes more desperate than they want people to know. Then there is the interviewer that may have a challenging job dealing with many interviews along with other things they have to accomplish that day. Thanks Christine for sharing your thoughts. You sound like a for real person. God bless you, for letting us know that everyone is human and have feelings.
