I was there almost 4 years. First three were awesome. Then they hired a DM who doesn't share those values. Only wants to look good for RD at any costs. RD supported her behavior. HR didn't care. Sadly, I left. But, there's gotta be a reason great Leaders like Doug Jones and Doug Henson left after 25+years!!
