My coworker is...
I work with someone who seriously has multiples personalities. He’s the nicest guy with our manager, but once his back is turned, he’s such a JERK to the rest of us. We work in a big-box warehouse together but I feel like I can’t get away from him. He just makes me so mad that I come home fuming, which isn’t fair to my wife and kids. Argh!!!!

Be thankful for having a wife n kids a job. The day I lost my job I lost everything the kids the wife. A life of the past nowadays even temp jobs don't take me in even with perfect attendance I'm erased of any privillages.

I feel your pain. My last two bosses were bi-polar and you never knew what to expect when you came to work. One of them ended up costing me my job. I knew she was up to no good so I documented everything with her, but she just resorted to flat out lying to management. The day I left, I have never felt so good to be away from that kind of hate and oppression.
Depending on your state laws, maybe you can video one of his crazy moments. Of course, I'm not sure how management will look on that either.

Fire starters. They are everywhere - and want to bring the best of people, into their catastrophic messes. If you feed their flames, they will only burn brighter. Walk away - if the situation becomes unbearable report it to human resources, as harassment. Take it from someone who learned the hard way.

I am a technical manager for a global corporation. Firstly please do not let this guy "ruffle your feathers". I have seen first hand these types of people. I will begin by saying the reason for this personality shift is due to incompetence. Trust me if your management is good at managing they should pick up on this rather quickly. People like this hamper productivity and workplace moral. Once this is brought to your managers attention he or she should take steps to mitigate and resolve these issues. In short don't let this person bother you to much.... they will most likely make a grave mistake and be sent down the road rather quickly.

I've been there too many times and I know what you're going through. I've met a lot of good people at places I've worked, yet there's always one or two bad ones that have to make it almost unbearable for everyone else. Jerks, a-holes, idiot managers, tattletales, backstabbers, two-face people, and borderline sociopaths--I've seen it all. It makes you wonder how people like that function in everyday society. I've had to leave jobs because of certain co-workers and managers because most upper management and HRs turn a blind eye to it--its not their problem, yet if you try to resolve any issues with these people on your own, even in a calm, diplomatic way, you're usually the one who gets reprimanded only because of any special "connections" they may have in the company. All I can tell you is hang in there and do what you can to make the best of it, cause sometimes these things have a way of resolving themselves. Not always in every case, or even my case, but sometimes. Karma is real and does still work, even in today's crazed world.

do not take it home with u, just shrug your shoulders and be glad u have a job.

I know it's hard but try not to take your work home with you. Eventually his true colors will come out on it's own to your manager. Warehouse politics are the worst.

This is called harrassment. He might not know what he is doing, but that is what it is. He is not worth sacrificing your family life. Report him directly to hr. File a report every time. Even if it is back to back. You cannot get fired for handling a work related issue. Also this is causing psychological damage to you so tell hr if they dont do something you will go to a therapist at their expence. And if that dont work call the bbb. A lawyer and file for unemployment benefits which will also be at their expence. But time this process out, they will think you are the crazy one and fire you for unbusinesslike conduct and filing false reports. SPACE YOUR PROCESS!
Shake the dust off before you enter your home! As a man its highly important that you ensure that you affectionately display love to your family. Its your job to control your emotions and not allow someone else to! Kiss and hugs( between you and wifee might soften the blows from work). Reading God's word especially when it comes to marriage can help to keep a family together and whole!
