PUA and Unemployment
I was denied both (unemployment/Pua) even though I had to quit due to Covid completely devouring my department. I contacted my state senator and all and was advised to call #211. I don't completely know how my future will end up but I can say America failed us. I worked my ass off for a company that doesn't value common decency. I was so overwhelmed with rejections from all over that I thought my life was over as well. I will be forever jaded and vigilant from this year. All I want to do is sleep this away.

That’s not right file an appeal
The only way you can collect unemployment are get laid off....furloughed....let go....fired as long as you didn’t have any wrong doing....BUT if you QUiT....You won’t be able to collect you won’t qualify for unemployment or PUA. That’s how it goes.....NEVER EVER QUiT your job!!!

What do you mean “devoured my department”? Can you elaborate as to why you quit? Also, call your senator again. Persist.

I have cancer unemployment ask me to get a Doctor statements saying I couldn’t work . I did an then they Denied me ! I was like what in the he’ll you ask me for that then . Now I am sick and don’t know what to do . I guess the state of Mississippi is going to just let me die after I have worked and paid into it for years .
I know I didn't originally write this post but if you can help with unemployment then I am in need of help. I refiled the end of July and it is still being investigated. I have no idea why. I cant work due to covid having school out plus I have a toddler that I can't afford to put in childcare because I can't work. If you can help, please help me.
