recent felony for possession of controlled substance. need help finding drafting job in Houston TX.
I was charged, convicted, served my time, did my community service and paid all my fines. I do not even use drugs but I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. All that is in the past and I fought the case tooth and nail with no luck, but now I just want to move on. I just want to work again and be a provider for my family. If anyone has any info or help on some drafting jobs in the Houston, TX or surrounding areas please let me know. I have my resume on about every job site that I know of and I search other sources like craigslist and the classifieds daily but nothing has worked. Please any help will be appreciated. I am a drafter for the oil and gas industry in the structural discipline mainly but I am willing to learn anything. I am not an architectural drafter even though I would not mind learning these jobs usually do not want my type of drafting experience. I will take any drug assessment asked of me at any time.
