Interview
So I decided after a short break to return to my roots in the food industry. I had my first interview with a company I was most successful with. It was more like talking to an old friend you haven't seen since you were little kids. The interviewer only asked 3 questions. 1 Tell me about yourself. 2 What is your availability and 3. What are your professional goals. The interview process in most restaurants is about 15 min for a long one. This one took almost 2 hours of me and them just talking. At the end of it they told they were doing background and mvr check. They said in most cases it takes 24 to 48 hours to complete and once done they would call me and discuss further my professional goals. I told them I wanted to be a trainer. Just go to different stores and train people. General Managers and down. I want to share my knowledge that has accrued in almost 10 years with this company and pass it on and see them succeed with it. I am so excited for this opportunity I can't wait to share another update.
That sounds so promising Eric Gonzalez !! Those are the best types of interviews where things flow well and it feels more like a conversation than a formal interview. Way to go!! Please keep us posted : )
