Hi, I'm new here and I can't seem to find a job that hires people my age nor does it have the hours I need to be able work there and stay in school at the same time.
Is there any part time jobs available for 16 year olds that I can do without having to neglect my school work?

Have you tried fast food or retail? Fast food places stay open pretty late, so they should be able to work with your schedule.
You might also wait and start looking for a summer job, where you won't have to worry about school schedules and school work.

Baby sitting? I know it's not exactly a "job", but it is flexible, and you will always be in demand, get to do your schoolwork on the job sometimes, and get great life experience. Plus the pay is usually tax-free, so you are really making about 28% more than it seems you are, since there are no deductions.
