In 1998 I got a misdemeanor charge for less than an ounce of weed in Georgia. I now live in New York and would like to relocate back to Ga. If there is anyone from GA, who can tell me how long does a misdemeanor charge stay on you record in GA. I have never been in trouble before or after this arrest.
