I myself am in my fifties. I have absolutely no college and I have been through many jobs over the last 8 years or so. Find your nitch. Find what you are especially good at and go with it. I really didn't like working retail as I got older. When I was young I really enjoyed it but the crappy rude people got to me. I got out of that and tried doing other things. But apparently, in one aspect or another I am actually good at it and truly I was supposed to be doing that type of work to train me for what I was going to do next, even this late in life. Currently, I work at customer service in a call center for a cable company. But this has taught me how I need to conduct myself on the phone, selling something I believe in. I am now moving forward with my own cleaning business. I got this. Ladies, don't let your age stop you! It should be an asset!
