How hard is it to get a job at J. B. Hunt?

It depends.
How long have you been driving? What's your record like? What endorsements do you have? Perhaps most important, what kind of an attitude are you bringing into the job?
Part of this will depend on which business unit you're trying to get into, and what you're looking for in the way of pay. Intermodal won't pay as well as DCS, and most of the guys who are earning better money are also running more along the lines of OTR.
Before you pull the trigger, ask a LOT of questions. And don't let anyone say you can't: it's your career. You NEED to ask questions. Lots of them.
Best of luck, Driver.

It's easy as long as you are a person that is professional in what you do. Plus a person with a consistent work ethic. Plus JB HUNT will work with you.
