I was accused of stealing money over a month later and after they fired a manager for it and there were cameras and I never took money to the bank and they came in saying that I had to sign this paper and that I might get that missing money pulled out my check and face legal matters so I took a lunch and asked people I know about it and when I came back to the store they sai'd I was suspended and I always pick up my check and commission and they said they mailed them and when I looked on ADP it only showed 1 check and they do payroll on Monday and brought me those papers Tuesday and I still haven't received my check can I sue them over this they clearly fired me and didon't tell me I was fired can I Sue them over this commission check ?
