What I loved about RAC is the concept of RTO. We were able to offer customers who maybe didn't make the financial decisions in the past, gone through divorce, had a hardship, live paycheck-to-paycheck, etc the same opportunities of ownership of household goods, electronics, and appliances as someone with a 700-800 FICO score. Through flexible payment options that can fit in their budget. Yes, if the customer choices to go the length of their contract they pay more. But what is the cost of a sacrifice of more when you can't just standard financing. Let's face facts if you there score isn't there it hinders alot of buying options. But one of RAC core values is to improve the quality of life for it's employees and it's customers. And I believe in this. On the job side it's stressful, but it's one of the highest paying jobs in it's market. And for the customers it removes the shame, guilt, or frustration of not measuring up in life based on their FICO score. I will always be grateful for all I learned, the experience, the growth, and the knowledge I gained through my experience with the company.
