Yes i look great for my "age" but employers dont seem to want my experience..why? I am very good at what i do i may not be 25 anymore but i can handle a unruly bar and i enjoy working long hours..So why not me?

I was using a"Bar" as an example I am a m Master Chef. And a post grad.so truly I have vast experience and yet cant find what I want or If. I do to old but its time to change feilds. Its never to late to reinvent ...or maybe do home based catering

I don't see nothing wrong it's just the people who wants to hire who they want and I know exactly what your talking about I will say just don't give up a merical will be there before you know it just don't give up that is the main key to get a job soon or later you will be back on a job trust me I was fighting for a job to try Kelly's services that might help a little

Maybe you need to freshen up your resume an take a different approach to how you are interviewing.
