Monday is a great day for a boost of #motivation! Below are my week's goals!
What's one goal you've set for yourself this week??
GOAL: Less screen time
SOLUTION:
- Read a book or listen to a podcast during my morning coffee instead of scrolling social media
GOAL: Make more healthy choices
SOLUTION:
- On my lunch break, I will eat a healthy meal and take a 30 minute walk
- I am setting aside 15 minutes per day for some stretching and mindful breathing
- DRINK MORE WATER!!

I have done a wonderful job for the client, because of that they have been extended our contact

Good goals

My goal this week is to identify ways I can handle stress better; I can't keep reaching for a handful of candy to quell my stress no matter how much I like the combo of Reese's Pieces and M&M's.
