Are you Required to Work Weekends?
Do you work on the Weekends? What are your thoughts on it? #weekends #questions

It may not be for everybody but I've worked weekends and nights my entire life. If I am needed, I will be there. Don't sweat the small stuff. Are we going to tell farmers not to work on weekends or nights during their harvest? Should we close cable/wi-fi repair, hotels, restaurants, car rentals, cabs, Healthcare Professionals, car mechanics, Firemen, 911 operators, Law Enforcement, EMTs, receptionists, operators or customer service representatives (the last 3 are vital for effective communication because they answer the phones) on the weekends? My teams were always flexible. Many people are deeply grateful for those individuals who work weekends or nights.

I usually work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and prep on Mondays. I don't mind working weekends - having Tuesday and Wednesday off allows me to do all the errands and things I need to - without all the traffic, lines, and weekend craziness. Plus, I can get overtime most weekends - which is a very nice addition to my check. :)

I also pull 3 16 hours shifts in a row

I would do over time anyway

Heck no, 5 days on and only 2 days off is bad enough. Should be 4 days on 3 days off in my opinion.

When and where?

I want to work. Please allow me.

yes i don't like working weekends cause monday is school but the head manger said you gonna work everyday and holiday or lose your job like how do that work

Currently I do not work weekends, although I would be open to it as my children get older. If I am able to work weekends with a day off during the week for appointments.
Every once in awhile, if five workers don't sign up for Saturday overtime it becomes mandatory. Good way to make some extra cash and management is never there. A peaceful 8 hours!
