One time they deadheaded me 400 mi into Alabama to pick up a load. When I got there there was another Celadon truck waiting we waited a couple hours and then another Celadon truck came in and we waited for 5 hours. After another hour of three of us waiting there we went in to check on the loads turned out we are all waiting for the same load we ended up waiting 13 hours for the same load and the whole time we were telling solid on what was going on after the 13th Hour we went back into the office and found out that the load we were all waiting for had been shipped the day before with Celadon. When we told Saldana of this they ended up dead heading me back where I came from and I don't know what happened to the other trucks.
