
General Manager
I have a great background in food and beverage. I was always hired as a Manager Trainner. Always was promoted very quickly to Branch Manager. Worked for Howard Johnson Restaurant. Was promoted very quickly to Branch Manager. Worked for them from 1972 to 1975. Was offered a position as Food and Beverage Director at the Caribbean Gulf Hotel. No longer tbere at this time. I was in charge to Manager 232 People. Also helped in their Marketing to call on Large Businesses to have thier Companies come to the Hotel for Office Business and other functions. Left them and was offered a position as a partner with two other people to open up a Nightclub. Took that position and I was the Operation Manager. Had to leave them because one of the partners was embessing money from the Operational Account. Went to work for McDonald's in Tampa, Florida and was promoted very quickly to Branch Manager in Tampa. Also did Profit and Loss Statements which were sent to Headquarters. Always showed a Excellent Profit. I do very well with all kinds of people to include my Supervisors, people who I work with and of course the customers. I love a challenge and would like to set up an person to person interview. I have a Resume in hand.
