Sleep can be so elusive some nights. I'm finding that boxing my breaths has been very helpful in getting me to relax my body & mind to help me fall asleep.

There's not enough time afterwork for me to relax and sleep so I usually sacrifice the latter for the former!

I wish I could stay asleep but when I get up to go to the bathroom I start thinking about things and I am wide awake. Then I try to turn it off and just focus on my breathing, but still can't get back to sleep. Then i am up watching tv, on the couch and may fall asleep again. This makes me tired during the day, it could be from boredom since i am not working.

It's a trade off- either enough sleep or enough gym time!!! hard to get both

Stepping into my new self, and true self, with style and a smile.

I've really been making sure I get sleep, for the first time in my life, and I must have been it's been pretty sweet I've been getting anywhere from 25 to 30 hours per week, and although it makes me a little bit groggy I can definitely tell the difference from what I have been getting the last 40 years.
