Nothing wrong with temp work. Could lead to something else. Nothing to lose. Go for it!

Hey Reggie, I think that really depends on you. There is definitely nothing wrong with working through a temp agency. Sometimes this can lead to you having a full-time job with that company! But if you are looking for the benefits from the smaller company, maybe that's the way to go. I would sit down and look at each company and the pros/cons of working at either one. Good luck!

I would listen to the offer. The path with the small company may lead to an ideal position. You currently do not know what that company has planned or vision. Large companies like Waste Management have benefits but they also have issues. This mostly depends on what your goals and visions are for yourself, your career path and your family. Smaller organizations can have certain issues as well. You do have options which is good. If meeting with a new company does not hurt your current job status it does not hurt to listen. .
