Thanks for sharing the article, man! I'm not sure how I feel about that as a server. On one hand I think I might be helpful if someone decides on a last minute change to their order after I've left their table. On the other, however, I think it could make customer service worse if people expect their server to be at their table immediately after contacting them with this. I think I would rather just check in on them the old school way.
