Should I go to EEOC because two people (manager & supervisor)keep bad mouthing me? I have past reviews stating my excellent past performances with this company. I also thought about contacting company CEO. I only resigned 2mths before reapplying to move back home to take care of my dad. They had nothing available at the time i needed to move. Ive applied for at least 4 positions. I know this company's system and i have the background. This really hurts. I also worked for these people and became supervisor and had to dispute them on a few occasions which I believe is where the HATE is coming from. Really need consoling

Hi, Barbara! I'm so sorry that you feel discriminated against by your coworkers. Just to clarify, are you saying that you left and are now unable to come back to the job because you are being discriminated against? If you are looking at this point, I would recommend that you try and avoid re-entering a hostile work environment. Instead, take a look at these Customer Service jobs in your area that I found for you. I would definitely look at the EEOC website to see if your case is a candidate for their intervention.
