My suggestion is apply for a different job. My experience working for Nordstrom was not fun!!!!! You work on a commission basis which results in constant pressure, calling your customers at home! Nobody gets along because you are competitive with your coworkers & everything has to be perfect ?. If your under 30 and have a degree you have a shot, but if older you get treated like dirt!!! Not a good experience for me....I hated it!,,
