Your profile says it's unfinished because you don't have a profile photo yet, so why not upload one? In the meantime, you can double-click on the Jobs button at the top of the page and enter Dick's Sporting Goods in the search bar. If they're hiring, it will come up. If not, you'll see a list of other employers who are. If you see something you like, just click on the job title and follow the instructions to apply.
