There was this incident that happened in class. l had asked learners to research about a certain country,and l gave them points to include in their research. And then one student asked me if she could wear a boys outfit...l simply answered" Aren't there girls your age in that country?"

My my...she went home and told her parents l had talked about transgender and sexism,gayism, lesbian and all transgender things you can ever think of.

The following morning I was summoned by my principal and l told her ,that's not how I said it. The child has summarised my conversation. This was so big,the child was now avoiding me and l had to address the whole class. l told my students about morals and how some little spices to a summarised conversation may put one's character and reputation in jeopardy.

Its like l knew something was going to happen. U know how private schools operate,they are concerned about profits and keeping figures and not professionalism. U don't want to know what happened next.... series and series of tantrums thrown by my student......the rest is history....
