Loiking for bartender supervisor or manager position. If anyone knows of any in madison or middleton. Have 20 yrs bar management experiance I am great with customers and people love me. If a manager i treat employees with respect as long as they work hard and respect me. I was fired from the club tavern for wanting people to show up on time and work hard. i was brought in to make some changes so bussiness could grow and start making money. and most the employees there sucked. So they got me out the door so they could stay lazy and run the bar into the ground as they are slowly doing that. I know the owner sees it but he wld rather have enuf empl to cover shifts than let people who knkw what they are doing get rid of people that suck and hire some good empl. I was bummed cuz I loves my job and was good at it. #bartender
