Frustrated
I am at the point, where I feel like I don't have enough experience ANYWHERE!! Even after going to school and graduating, I feel hopeless. :(

I hear ya! I have over 10 years of management experience and I feel like someone is bashing me purposely in my last job.

You shouldn't think like that you better than that you just got to stay pray up and believe it God and he will show you the way

Not sure what school you graduated. High school? College? Did you try a local tech school? The biggest market right now is medical. There's a need for CNA, PHLEBOTOMY, MEDICAL ASSISTANT, CODERS. Medical technology can be certified on line. If you can get foot in door @ hospital in kitchen/housekeeping then there's ample opportunities to move up. If you have car deliver newspapers, apply for courier job. GOODWILL is a great resource they help people looking for jobs. GOODWILL also have job fairs.

What time l haven't spent in prison...has been spent growing up in gainesville florida...a university town...l have seen people get their bachelors or even a masters and then can't get a job at mac donalds...its crazy...but experience taught me it all about attitude...l have years of experience as a painter...l have forgot more shit then most the folks hiring...but the laugh is on them...l will do the grunt work to get my opportunity to shine...attitude...do what needs to be done to accomplish your goal...you did it with college...do it with real life now...smile alot it drives poeple crazy ...

Go to Voodoo Bbq they are hiring

Why not become a flea market vendor

Dear Dyana, it is quite common for all employers to make the applicant feel less than adequate for the position, even though you have the education for it. Keep your head up and pray Daniels prayer, "Lord I pray you would send your spirit before me, to prepare their hearts, so I might find favor in their sight, in Jesus' name, Amen! Trust in the Lord with all your strength and all your might, and He will add these things unto you. God bless you, gene

I really think that empoyers now are looking for the best man or woman for the job, not always in the experience sense, sometimes. There are many jobs that do on the job training so they tend to go with that as well.

I know what you mean. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business administration and accounting...$70 thousand in student loans and can't find a worthwhile job.
Computer degree here. Yet I feel inadequate to get a job in that field. I have tried for 10 years. Now I am out of date and need to go back to school to get current. It sucks.
