Me and my co worker Claudia saw a customer walk in the store. I went to go help her she said “ I am trying to find a dress that makes me look thinner ,” then she began to complain about how she has low self esteem on the way she looks I then told her “ You look beautiful and you should love yourself no matter what ,”. As we was talking I found a dress that was beautiful for her and it would make her feel beautiful as well when she tried it on she had doubts about it at first. Then me and my co worker Claudia began to compliment her on how she looked nice in the dress and how it brings out her beauty and so on. Claudia then found a nice cardigan that would look nice with the dress and compliment it well. When the customer put everything together we told her how beautiful she looked and she was so happy she said nobody has ever made her feel as confident as we made her feel and that made her day. I was grateful I was able to do that and I will love to continue doing this with the costumers of your business.
