Before your interview at Walmart, make sure to research the company, understand their values and culture, and be prepared to talk about how your experience and skills align with their needs. Practice common interview questions and dress professionally. Show enthusiasm for the role and be prepared to discuss your availability and work schedule flexibility. Also, consider utilizing resources on Jobcase and other job search providers for additional interview tips and insights. Good luck!
It took about a month between the first time they called me and when I started working. The initial phone interview seemed to be the most important, the rest was just red tape. They hire in groups so there's a whole week of introduction paperwork, training videos and group meetings with the hiring managers. Just have a can do attitude, and know that your gonna mess up. They already know and it's OK. And just try not to let the customers impatience impact you or your day. When they get angry....smile and relax.....
