People with bachelor's degrees are overlooked as well. We are often told we are overqualified. I have a MBA - concentration in finance. My Bachelors was in Organizational Management - concentration in HR. I do not feel that my hard work and time in school has ever helped me. It really is disheartening I do not believe that I would change anything though, going to college taught me discipline. I have been out of work since June 2022.
