Working at Wendy's taught me A LOT about customer service. I learned how to be patient and problem solve as things came up.If someone got angry I just took a deep breath and helped them. I had a lot of great coworkers and customers who helped me out along the way.

Shuffle of orders on the screen makes an order hard sometime

I realized working fast food you must be quick and diligent to be sure the right customer is satisfied wrong order to wrong customers cause problem be sure to repeat the order to make sure he or she is present them lock your order in and complete satisfactorily don't take orders back be confident that you made the correct order this saves money!

Customer service in fast food is SO HARD. I feel like it's boot camp for any cs job you will ever have!
As a previous wendys crew member let me just add in... working for them is a great deal all it’s own.. they put you in so many positions... you might as well run the store yourself... you never get credit for any of the hard work you put in and nobody ever wanted to promote me even thought you know how to operate every aspect of the positions there. Glad I left when I did.
