As with any job you will be notified via a phone call or email extending a job offer to you. If no one has reached out to you, then you have not been hired.

If you applied, have you been on an interview? If so, how did the interview go? If it went well, you may want to call the store and speak with the manager with whom you interviewed to follow up and see if they have made a decision.

Again, if you haven't heard anything, you haven't been hired. Make contact with them and follow up.
