What kinds of benefits does Securitas Security offer their employees?
no benefits....they dumped me out after ten years with the company.never gave me a reason why.
Its been many years since I worked for Securitas. I think the benefits were nothing to get excited about. Standard benefits for a large company that you at least partly pay for.
The benefit of having a job
I worked in the electronic security division , not in the guard division, but if it would help I do not have much of a positive experience with this company. However they do have pretty good benefits.

Full time employees get 1 week paid vacation per year, 401k (you have to sign up for it) very reasonable life insurance and some medical benefits.
