How many is TOO many?
I work a few part-time jobs on the side but saw a part-time job open up at the Hyatt for a housekeeper. I really need full time but too scared to let go of what is familiar. I wonder if I can ask them for a full-time offer if the interview goes well. What do you all think?
I think you should go for it, don't be afraid, you need all the positive support you can muster. It's our job as human being to uplift those in certain situations and YOU can and will succeed.

if you believe the offer in another place is more promising, then negotiate and make sure they can accept you in a new place ... all the decisions are yours ...
Ask them at the interview if there any full time positions open. Stat there as a part time. Then see if any openings so you can go full time.
Some places only start out as part time then after awhile go to full time. It shouldn't hurt to ask if there is a possibility of full time later down the road. If anything it may show you are serious about working for them
