I know that Diversity is the main thing now, what with jobs going over to Foreign lands etc.... but how irritating it is when I get calls from Foreign Recruiters with heavy accents. I'm hearing impaired,, & despite having aids- I still have difficulties with comprehension people born in America!.... you add an accent to it and I start to get nasty...... I have told many that I am unable to understand them & to communicate thru email to which they get nasty seems they would rather do their transaction via phone,, I tell them that hearing impairment is considered a legal Disability in the USA, just like any other physically handicap & that they must use email-- some get really emphatic that a phone call is required... Is there any other option besides me telling them to go fly a kite & never call me again?
