What's the biggest challenge of a Stocker job?

Bending and stooping for several hours

What they said, but it can be hard on your body, it all depends on the type of work you are doing 🙂

Restraining orders

Keeping the people that do inventory steadily working

Making "production"...pay attention to your associate and the job they are doing, that will determine how well an associate is proceeding at their assignment...

Fixing the merchandise because the other workers put the product anywhere instead of putting it all together

Running out of room. When inventory has not been counted cause of damage or theft. The system will order too much

Depending on what store you work for. It can be challenging if your stocking in day example lowes home improvement stockers don't wear red vest but get stopped or asked questions often. It can be hard on your body again depending on what you are doing and store . As for my store constantly up and down ladders or ballymore (bluelift), bending lifting sometimes heavy things. .that's small insight but again depending on where u work

Keeping the stock neat and depending on what is stocked getting the old stock out front and making is not outdated
When your co-worker ordered too much, and there's no room to put it making things look cluttered. I've had co-workers be lazy and just throw things on the shelves in the wrong place and I always have to either put them back in the backroom or put them where the actually belong. I've had a co-worker put a whole box of regular sized Reese's in the king size because they saw that the regular sized Reese's was already stocked.
