Wrongful termination

I was terminated from a forklift operators job without so much as a warning. When I went to the temp agency who got me the job, they said it was because of unsafe driving. Why wasn't I warned before getting fired?

Technical thought for you, you have to be written up usually companies allow 3 write ups before letting someone go. I would go to department of labor and see what you can do.

That's how they do it now. Someone went to the boss about you. They don't get both sides of a story now. They (management of company you work for) believes the first person that complains. I know, its rotten.

Sorry! Most states are "At will" . A few months back I got fired from a company that I was at for years. I was " wrongfully terminated " in order for me to say this I had to prove it. Company claimed it was " misconduct" ( all companies nsay this ) . In short I applied for unemployment it took 4 long drawn out months but, I won proved my case and the final decision was over turned. Sadly now I'm having a hard time getting any job.

In each state they make u feel out this form called At-Will, which, means at anytime a job can fire u without warning for any reason and they dnt hv to tell u why.

Andy,

I know this is not what particularly you want to hear but I can only address everything from my heart, and accept this is a message from Infinite Intelligence "Our Creator". Instead of seeing and making this event your focus, retreat and create a new focus.

This type of job may not be what is intended for you through Universal Powers or what is commonly known as "The Law of Attraction". I advocate this by not knowing anything about your work ethics or the mannerism of which you perform, however, I am basing these statements on knowing that "There Is No Such Thing As Coincidence" and "what seems to go backward is really moving forward".

Much Success, Abundance, Peace and Foremost Love...Always!

Because one you're a temp and two almost all of the states are at will employment which (and this is forthose in said states that keep claiming this) means AT ANY POINT IN TIME YOU OR THE EMPLOYER CAN TERMINATE YOUR EMPLOYMENT.

Now there are procedures every job is to do when firing but y'all really need to keep this in mind when you work.

Simple, unless your union...state of calif is an "at "will to work where emplorers can fire you (unless it violates federal law)for any or no reason...and you in turn can quit without notice.

I hear you, I was fired for something that other associated and management could do and was never told at the time I was hired.
