Needs advice
I started working for this company as a Data Entry Personal back in October putting in over 300 orders a day for two different company's sides it was good at first, then the second month it got lil shaky third month he wanted to put more work on my table not to say everyone else he hired wasn't doing that much work then the fourth month he moved me in the warehouse were the warehouse manager had a problem because i had to go lunch at 2pm so i can pick up my son. Now they knew i couldn't stand long on my feet because i have an iron plate so that would be a problem and the boss knew i had to leave by 2pm to get my son. All pf a sudden that was a problem i went ahead cut down my own hours to finish at 2pm then a week after they fired me. I think i jave a case to take that company to court for wrongfully firing me. What do you guys think?

Did he know about your foot and did you have a doctors order stating no prolong standing, and proof you had to go get your son from school you may have a case.
Wrongful termination cases are tough to make but I think you should contact local legal help for advice. goos luck
What I think is they should've worked with you.you took it upon yourself to cut your hrs.down.so that was a flag with them.now what I will say is that our children do come first.you need to be smart.maybe someone else can pick the child up or he rides bus.if you don't have money coming in it doesn't do you or your kid any good.make arrangements and please think ahead of the situation.
